The Township Board appoints Board of Review members and the Supervisor is secretary to the the Board of Review. Meetings are held throughout the year to validate the tax roll and give taxpayers the opportunity to appeal classifications, exemptions and values. The first meeting of a fiscal year requires 10 days advance notice posting. Thereafter, 18 hours notice is required. This meeting is open to the public.

March 8, 2021           9:00am – 3:00pm

March 9, 2021         3:00pm – 9:00pm

Organizational meeting will be held on March 2, 2021 at 6pm.  Appeals will be held on March 8th 9:ooam – 3:00pm and March 9th 3:oopm – 9:00pm.  Appeals can be made by letter, phone appointment or in-person appointment.  Written appeals must be received by March 1, 2021.  Mail to Hamilton Township BOR, 3042 N. Rodgers, Harrison, MI 48625 or left in the drop box, just to the right of the front door at the hall.  Phone and in-person appointments can be made by contacting David Wright at 989-329-9711.  Please leave a clear message including your name and phone number.  Appointment times will only be available on March 8th 9am-3pm and March 9th 3pm – 9pm.  You will be contacted for your appointment time.
